Our History

MedNational Staffing was founded in August 2005 and quickly established itself as a leader in providing professional staffing to healthcare organizations nationwide.

We successfully grew our clinical and non-clinical staffing services within the healthcare industry until 2016, when MedNational was acquired by CrossFire Group, a full-service commercial staffing agency owned by Marty Rosenau and Deb Schneider.

Since 2016, we’ve taken our services to the next level. The addition of robust back-office support to MedNational’s strong industry knowledge allows us to continue thriving in the ever-changing healthcare staffing sector. Continuing MedNational’s mission of developing long-term careers and relationships, Marty and Deb are now coaching the next generation: Alex Rosenau and Andrew Stinson, childhood friends who reconnected while getting their MBAs at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. MedNational Staffing is a thriving, woman-owned business and a preferred vendor for several well-known hospitals in their home state of Michigan and across the country.
